Any recourse?

Got a cell phone. The coverage area was guaranteed. My place is well inside the coverage area. My phone does not ring. This is my home phone. Despite repeated promises to 'look into it' over a month passes.

Still nowhere. . .

I get mad have it cut off.

I'm hit with a 400$ plus bill for a service I never got.

Any recourses?

I think the 400$ is the early cancellation/contract stuff . . .
