1. is there any problems with this board with dual coring ?

2. is there any problems you can think of ?

Personally I'd go with a different case and PSU.

the 120mm fan is nice, and the 80mm side fan works well for active cooling on the memory. You can also add an 80mm intake fan.

I see nothing wrong with your set-up,... I'm just not so sure about Rosewill as I have no personal experience with them.
