Any recommendations on pc-based vcr software for recording from tv tuner?

i've tried out winvcr2 and powervcr2, and have been very dissapointed to date. neither seems to work all that well... many little glitches and problems, anything else out there better? thanks.
 
i have the wintv-radio... well powervcr II was really strange, the first time i installed it, the biggest window it would record in was like a .5x.5inch square... then i uninstalled and reinstalled it and then the stupid program woudln't even start! augh... this was the trial version btw..
