Any recommendations on an Andriod TV Box

Figure this is the closest forum. There are tons of Andriod TV box on Amazon now in addition to the firestick, roku, and chromecast.

Does anyone have experience and recommendation? I would love to find one that can convert the DD+ format from netflix and directv to regular dolby digital over optical.
