Any recommendations for a QoS program?

I have a router that doesn't have QoS. Any recommendations so that I can determine which programs get internet priority? Free would be nice. Thanks.

I do not know of any Free one, but this is Not very expensive.

If you only want to Limit the Lite version probably would do.
