I have a broken rig.
While I'm trying to fix that, I am most interested in the RAID 0 array I have with 2 SATA drives, that are currently unavailable due to the broken PC. Is there a reasonable cost enclosure that I could get that would allow me to connect these, maintaining the RAID 0 and connecting to firewire or usb 2?
In retrospect I wish I hadn't RAIDed these big drives together. But I did and as I understand it, if I ever want to break the RAID, I'll lose the data. If they were separate drives (or maybe even JBODed) then I could have my pick of any number of inexpensive enclosures. sigh.
