Any recommendation on Software app to run small restaurant?

Howdy,

Do any of you guys know a good Software App to run a small restaurant?

My aunt is opening a small restaurant, and she asked me if I know a software app that can help her run the restaurant efficiently, probably for orders, CC charge..etc.
I saw one before that is touch screen, but I don't know the name or even use one before.

If any of guys had an experience (or just know) with this kind of software app, i would really appreciate it if you could give me the name of the software or even tell me how good the software is in terms of capability.

One of the local (non-chain) Mexican Food resturants that I service uses Maitre'D POS and they love it. They have roughly 8 Sharp UP-X500 terminals with a thermal printer for each one. The have 2 cash drawers at the check out counter. They purchase it all from this guy and he's very knowledgable if I need assistance.
