Any Recommendation for Mini-ATX Mobo???

i'm researching on finding a mobo for slim PC workstation running on linux. it's gota be fast and capable of viewing divx/dvd but doesnt need to be powerful enough to run the game like Quake or CS. i will be using AMD, 1.5 ghz or above. any recommendation???

Has good c-media sound, USB2.0, decent Video, and has SATA ports for future upgrade. Goes for less then $60 I think.
