Any recommendation for AGP Video Card

Hi,
I just need to upgrade a video card on one of my old HP Athlon PC. I do not need something amazing to play a game. I am just going to hook up the pc to a tv so that my parents can watch the movies and shows without using my laptop.

I have one open AGP 8x slot but, there are so many different kinds of video cards out there. So, I was wondering if you guys could provide me some model numbers so that I know which products to search for. I can buy either new or used ones and I would like to keep my budget under $50 but lower the better( is that too cheap?)

I don't know any AGP models, but if I can make a suggestion. I hooked up a spare pc to
my lcd tv in the den. It was very tough to view text while using S-video. If your tv has an HDMI input, get a video card w/ dvi and then get an HDMI-DVI cable from someone like monoprice.com (got a 15' cord for $10 shipped). The picture and text clarity is worth it.

if it's doing basic stuff. you can be fine with a geforce3 if you want. hell... a geforce2 would be more than enough for basic TV output.
