At my cousin's house (out of state), there has been a car parked in their lot for over a couple weeks, and they'd really like to know who it belongs to. They live in the city so there are some stringent parking laws, but they don't want to call the police because there is some local gang activity, and want to be sure who the vehicle belongs to first.
There is some speculation that it could be a friend of one of the kids, but they deny it. The children have been (in the past) involved in some shady activity, and basically they just want to check up on what might be going on.
I looked around for a service on the Internet, but there are so many scams going around that I figured I'd ask here first and see what you have to say. I'd really appreciate any help on the matter, suggestions are welcomed. Thanks a lot!
