any reasons not to use imac as windows pc?

i'm interested in getting a desktop and the latest imac is the most appealing to me. however i only plan on using windows xp.

since boot camp lets you run windows natively, is there any reason not to use apple hardware as your primary windows machine?

are there any sort of limitations of bugs? hardware upgrades (usb eripherals) and programs all work exactly the same as on any other windows machine from dell or hp?

If you want a prebuilt, and only want to run Windows, why the heck would you get an iMac? Just get a Dell, and save yourself some money.

for all-in-one desktop it looks better than any other vendor and is priced competitively

you could do that. it's the best all in one solution and it is rather stylish. hard to upgrade, but then that's the price for an all-in-one.

As far as "all in one" machines, there's some other similar (Windows) models from Gateway and HP.
