Any reasonably recent games with electronic distribution?

I'm bored, it's 1:30 AM, & I feel like playing a game. Obviously I can't go out & buy a game right now, but I'm sitting on a 3 MB cable line.

Are there any reasonably recent games (preferably FPS) that have an electronic distribution option?

I'm not looking for anything pirated, I want a legitimate purchase/download.

If Sim City 4 had that option I'd be all over it about now from the screenshots I've seen. I love mass destruction and natural disasters in video games.

yahoo has a bunch of games on demand, most a year or two old though. tropico is pretty fun.
