any reason why USPS is holding my package?

I ordered 2 books off half.com guy sent it media mail. which is 4-8 days. on 1/28

9102785091401898246934 is my tracking. but it seems as if they are holding my package. I'm in chicago, forest park is the mailing HQ or something. normally they get it and following day i get it.

Another thing that seemed odd was the locations it went to. He is in iowa and i'm in IL why the heck did it go to NJ.

I cant get a number because the contact us option is down right now. I need my books for class and well this isn't right.

Heres a great idea for you... CALL THE POST OFFICE...

i would call if their " contact US " button is working.

Google isn't helping get the correct number for finding my package.

It is in transit FROM that facility to a smaller one.. not sure what the prob is on delay.. media mail is the slowest least important mail they send ..
