Question Any reason to use Chrome if I have Edge? (Win7)

I use Chrome as my main browser but I still have IE on my machine.
I ran IE today and it auto-opened a tab to download Edge.

I know Edge is Chrome based.

How much better is Chrome over Edge?
Is there any reason to keep Chrome once I upgrade to Edge? (im assuming I can still default to google to search in Edge?)

IMHO the new chrome plated Edge is better than Chrome. It quickly imports all IE11 settings and Faves Bar. It auto handles PDF files and manages music downloads. Yes, it offers Google as well as Bing searches. I have now deleted IE.

Microsoft also seems to be trying to innovate some interesting new features, while Chrome hasn't innovated much of anything recently:
