Any reason to put a bigger fan on my TNT2 Ultra?

I'm In the process of overclocing my P3700 to 933mhz. My ABIT BE6 has a 2/3 AGP multiplier. I've been told that my video card (TNT2 Ultra 32mg) may not be stable at 89mhz (ie 133mhz fsb). I have an extra, larger fan that I could use if it's of any help. I'm a newbie at ocing and need some advice on what (if anything) will help out my video card.

2nd Question: How high can the Geforce Cards go (mhz).. I'd love to get my 700 up to a 150fsb. Will upgrade eventually and want to get the best card for handling 89mhz+ speeds.

Any thoughts?

If it feels hot, go for the bigger fan, if it's warm or cool, don't bother.
