I was thinking about getting cingular nation 250 29.99 mins per month 1000 N & W

free roaming, free long distance etc

the home plan has pretty much the same thing excep roaming is .69 per minute?

i dont see why anyone would get a local plan as opposed to a national any reason?
i plan on making a majority of calls from my home calling area but plan on some roaming (MD and VA)

the local AREA is DE, southern PA, & NJ

edit:
national

local

i just wanna know if there is 1 benefit to going local at all

seems like the only difference is you have to pay for roaming and since they cost the same who in their right mind would ever pick the local package

I've always had a national plan.

No worries about roaming

If the price is right, i don't see any downsides

All the cell phone companies around here have different plans for national and local. National calling is more expensive per month for the same number of minutes.

But if Cingular where you live gives you the same minutes and price either way, then of course take the national plan.
