Any reason NOT to consider this board?

Getting ready to build a C2D system primarily as a file server and video encoder. I won't be doing any gaming at all on it, so I was looking for a board with integrated video to keep costs down. TigerDirect has the Intel DG965WHMKR for $69AR (and with purchase of a C2D, which I will be doing anyway).

I'm sure it will be fine for my needs, just wondering if anyone knows of any problems with or any other issues I should consider.

TIA.

Edit - also, howe are TigerDirect rebates?

Well, some people have had problems running certain memory on that board. I forget what brands/models. Maybe someone remembers

Good solid board. The next set of video drivers will really make a difference in the performance of the X3000 graphics core for both video playback and casual gaming. Just make sure your RAM is rated for 1.8V operation. My rebates from Tiger have averaged about 5 weeks from receipt.
