Any reason godaddy.com would give me a domain and refund my money two days later?

That's messed up and probably not legal. I'd check with them to see what it's about if you get nowhere check with ICANN.

The whois is odd too, says it's registered yet says there's no match in the db. something is not right.

Maybe it's because it's offensive, but I don't think a registrar can do anything about that, a domain is a domain, and I've seen much worse ones. The content of the site hosted at it is a different story and a host could shut it down depending on their rules, but don't think a registrar can do that.

Name Server: NS1.SUSPENDED-FOR.SPAM-AND-ABUSE.COM (has 8,728 domains)
Name Server: NS2.SUSPENDED-FOR.SPAM-AND-ABUSE.COM

That too.

Try to see if it lets you transfer it, though you may be out of luck now. They probably locked the domain or your account too right? You'll have to go for the .net and try another registrar. I use domainit.com and been happy with them. Probably worth reading the ToS first, this time. (who reads those? but probably a good time to do it now :p)

Well that explains it then... why didn't you put in your real info? Afraid Kimbo Slice would find you?

I don't want my real info for the masses to see, and certainly didn't want KS on my doorstep lol

If you don't want to put your real info, just use the Privacy Guard / Domain by Proxy / whatever it's called service they offer, just like $3 more a year.

Well it's up to them, what are the chances they will let me have it? I told them I didn't read the tos very good and I would like to fix my mistake.

I found this out the hard way too. Registered my first domain years back then realized my personal info was public.

Now I just say screw it. At one point I put the 999 number from IT crowd as my contact info. :D But when I realized it was against ICANN I went back and changed it. Better safe than sorry.
