Any real difference b/w the NF7 and A7N8X?

I'm looking to buy an NForce 2 Ultra 400 mobo, but don't plan to overclock. Right now I'm considering either the Abit NF7 or the Asus A7NX8. They are priced about about the same and the only differences I can find are the passive heatsink on the Asus (less noise is good) and overheat protection for the CPU.

Are there any other ones that I need to be concerned with?

The Abit has overheating protection as well. The Abit may overclock better, but they should be about even. Asus has a terrible RMA process, but I don't know about Abit's. Personally I'd get the Abit after having an A7N8X Deluxe and an NF7-S.

I've heard Asus' support is terrible. I currently have a KT7A so will probably go with Abit again.

I have an A7N8X Deluxe 2.0 and an NF7-S 2.0. I love both and really don't have a preference. I prefer the BIOS navigation and PCB color/looks of the Abit, but I like the better layout of the Asus. Other than that, they're identical.
