I would suggest a Radeon LE over all those, but that's my personal opinion. The Radeon LE can usually be clocked fairly high up to the retail Radeon clock and memory speeds (plus it has 64 MB of DDR RAM compared to the Radeon 7200's SDRAM). You should dig through Anand's reviews of the GeForce2 MX and the Radeon chips (actually, it's easiest with AnandTech to look at a recent video review where you can see all the chips side by side) and see how they perform on games you play. Remember, though, that ATI cards have better 2D quality and better DVD playback and quality while driver support and performance are not quite as good at nVidia parts. Good luck.
