Can't recommend case with power w/o knowing what's going into it. Give us something to work with. Might recommend an Antec Sonata III if it wasn't for that silly front fan placement behind the HDD bays... The Arctic Cooling Silentium cases are interesting but aren't suited to a broad range of applications. SVC had a super deal going on one of those recently. They both have Seasonic built PSUs, but the Silentium is the first version with a PSU that is suited to older systems that are heavily reliant on the 5V rail. There is a newer revision that has never been sold anywhere here in the States that I'm aware of.

380w is enough, despite what everyone else claims to say. A beefier PSU definitely WILL give you more headroom, but unless you plan on using dual video cards, I don't see it being very needed. My current rig is run off a 380w PSU (funny, according to the eVGA box, my PC shouldn't be able to run the 8800GT at stock settings, nevermind overclocked.)

I also have 5 hard drives and an optical drive, so I do have quite a few extras putting pressure on the PSU, but I'm idling at 120w drawn from the WALL and loading when playing games at just around 200w.

Get whatever is cheapest really, but efficiency is key.

Edit: Typos. I really need to start proofreading my posts earlier...

Yeah, a solid 380W PSU like the Earthwatts that comes in many Antec cases would do just fine. You need one that is stronger on the +12V rail(s) for a newer system, like the Earthwatts. The seasonic in the Silentium is stronger on the +5 rail and suitable for many, power-hungry Socket-A systems.

I'll include an Antec EA-380 in the Cooler Master Mystique 631 case I have in my FS/T listing for only $25.00 additional. It may incur a little extra shipping as I don't think the Mystique box is oversize (over 84" L+G).

Antec Sonata III - Antec Earthwatts 500W

Even though i have one, and I really don't mean to make bad publicity here, for what you have there, you might want to consider chopping it, it's choking on it's own since it has only 1 fan and the other will sit right behind the poorely cut HDD cage.

Good, quiet, well built case... but not for performance, office maybe.
