Any quiet 250gts or 260gtx out there?

I'm looking to buy either a 250 or 260 with very good noise to performance ratio. I'd say noise matters about 70% to me. Any cards fitting this profile or are they sounding about the same?
 
I'd say gaming and silence are typically a failing combination although a video card should be one of the least standout parts in a PC.
 
I have a 9800GTX+ or 250 if you wanna call it but during regular Windows time I never hear the reference cooler as it doesn't need to do anything. During gaming I never hear it cus games are usually too loud to hear anything else.
