I got mine in 1983 with the Army. We ran 4 miles everyday in boots.
They still bother me if I have to walk down hill for any length of time. We went to Crater Lake, Oregon 2 weeks ago and walked down and back up from the lake. The next 2 days were painful.

His is a topo map of Wizard Island in Crater Lake. It isn't a smaller crater in the middle of the lake, that's for sure.Originally posted by: BlueWeasel

Crater Lake
Is that the one with the smaller mountain/crater in the middle of the lake? My roommate went to Oregon for the summer a few years and brought back a picture of a large body of water with another mountain in the middle of the lake, and I thought he called it Crater Lake.
I plan on visiting Oregon pretty soon just from what I saw of his pictures.
