Any public utility to make a usb key bootable? I don't have win9x anymore, so I don't have access to sys

I bought a 128meg kingston usb key drive, and need to make it bootable so i can flash the bios on multiple systems. I can't find a win9x cd anywhere, i don't have a floppy, and the utility that dell recommends isn't appearing on the website they send people to anymore. Any ideas? Lots of keys come with software, just not mine. :frown:

that site is great, i've used it before, but all the boot images require a floppy. i can't use freedos to format the usb key because it doesn't play along with winxp's hal.

Use winimage to extract the floppy image from the file, burn the floppy image to a CD to make a bootable CD, use that for format the USB key. 🙂

Of course, just using a bootable CD to do the flashing is way easier.
