Without checking, I would be willing to guess that RC5-72 would run on OS 9 - it seemed to run on almost everything (QNX and IRIX included) back in the -64 days. Folding@Home does not currently have an OS 9 client, unfortunately.
SETI is the only thing I know of that runs on OS9 at this point. Considering that OS9 can't truely "multitask" though, do you really want to make a bunch of machines unstable like that?

Hehe, there is no way I would make someone use an OS 9 machine with a distributed project running on it. Im not Evil! This would be more like an at night, and over the weekend kind of thing.
