Any programs to put my monitors to sleep myself?

I am looking for a program that I can use to put my monitors into power save mode by clicking an icon or a keystroke. I would like to be able to turn off the monitors at will and not necessarily after 10 minutes or something like Windows does. I need this to be able to turn of a 19" and a 15" simultaneously.

All monitors come with a switch, usually located on the front, that will do exactly what you describe.

I didnknow that...

I was hoping to be able to just wake them up by moving the mouse. Software would make it easier to put them to sleep and wake them up.
