Any programs that will report back PCI speeds?

I need to check the PCI speed for a older mobo because I know this hard drive will corrupt past 35 Mhz for PCI speed. Its an BX board and the BIOS reports the PCI speed as 33Mhz when 112mhz is used for front side bus. It doesn't seem logical to me as it should be 37 mhz (~ 112/3).
