I'm helping my friend re-install/re-format his OS, and just clean it up. I need to dl his MB drivers for Video/Sound. I opened it up, but all I can tell is that it's an Intel board. And I can't find out specifically what model it is?

Any freeware app that will identify hardware like this?

EDIT: It is NOT an Intel board. So, any one have any ideas?
