Any programs that allow you to type within PDF's?

Despite PDF being an open format, I think that only Adobe products can do this. It's a hack that's grafted onto the PDF open standard.

I tried using Acrobat 7 Professional Tryout, but im not sure how to create text boxes for me to type in.....

If you have MS Office 2003, you can "print" it to mdi. Which is microsoft's version of PDF. Then you can add textboxes and stuff to the MDI and type in it.

Alternatively, you could use a program like PDF Creator (http://www.mrbass.org/freeware/pdfcreator/). Similar to what Codewiz mentioned, you can print to PDF from ANY application.

It's definately not the easiest way, but you could scan the original PDF and fill in the blanks using a graphics program of your choice, and then print it back out as a PDF. :(
