process in windows and then allow you to restart them?

Trying to figure out a easy way to "Clean things up" before gaming and then restart the process after I'm done.

What I'm hoping to find is a proggy where I can specify what process to end and then it will allow me to start them again with out re booting.

Anyone know of such a program?
 
EndItAll is a good program for that but you have to dig for it because it's not available anymore.
