Any program to monitor Hard Drive activity?

Even when idle, my HD light flashes about every 2 seconds. So something is still accessing the disk. I shut down all non-vital services and don't really have any programs running, but still get the HD accesses. Is there any program out there I can use to find out what is running that is accessing the drive?

What OS? If it's Windows XP it could be one of a few things. Indexing, or XP defragging/arranging the hard disk for faster bootups.

Yeah, XP.

I tried filemon and seems to be what I was looking for. Strangely, when the HD light comes on every couple seconds, filemon isn't recording any actual disk access. So maybe its not doing anything afterall.
However, every 1 minute exactly I get this:

9:21:43 PM explorer.exe:1624 IRP_MJ_CREATE C:\ SUCCESS Options: Open Directory Access: All
9:21:43 PM explorer.exe:1624 IRP_MJ_QUERY_VOLUME_INFORMATION C:\ SUCCESS FileFsQuotaSetInformation
9:21:43 PM explorer.exe:1624 IRP_MJ_CLEANUP C:\ SUCCESS
9:21:43 PM explorer.exe:1624 IRP_MJ_CLOSE C:\ SUCCESS
9:21:43 PM explorer.exe:1624 IRP_MJ_CREATE D:\ SUCCESS Options: Open Directory Access: All
9:21:43 PM explorer.exe:1624 IRP_MJ_QUERY_VOLUME_INFORMATION D:\ SUCCESS FileFsQuotaSetInformation
9:21:43 PM explorer.exe:1624 IRP_MJ_CLEANUP D:\ SUCCESS
9:21:43 PM explorer.exe:1624 IRP_MJ_CLOSE D:\ SUCCESS

Anyone know what those are?

Actually, I tried their DiskMon utility, which does show the disk activity every couple seconds. But the program in general doesn't tell you where the activity is coming from.
