any program that can translate an mp3 from spanish to english?

So I need to transcribe an interview that was recorded in Spanish as an mp3. Are there any programs that can translate the mp3 recording to English?
 
Looks like someone finally got called out for saying they spoke fluent Spanish on their resume.

Any method of translation you use, besides having someone fluent in both languages do it manually, is going to be awful.

This. You can use it to gain an understanding of a piece of text at a coarse level, but there is no software even close to good enough to translate from natural verbiage in one language to natural verbiage in another, as far as I know.
