Ok, heres the deal.
I am using iTunes to rip and encode 200-300 cd's for my boss. I have iTunes automated so that when i insert a cd, it automatically begins ripping/encoding, then ejects when done.
Problem is, if the iTunes window is downsized or anything but the active window, when i insert the cd, it pops iTunes back up to the active. Really annoying when i am trying to work on other projects and it keeps jumping infront.... Preferably, i would like it to just run in the background and do its thing, without presenting itself upon each cd insert.
Are there any programs out there that can keep a window below all others?
