Any problems with this router/pcmcia card?

I'm glad you are strong in your faith. I would never purchase a DLink... But that's just me (and lots of other people)

Me too, I had really bad experience with one of their wifi router.. stops working after being online for a while.. had to power reset to get it back.. after 2 week, it was out the door.. so far linksys, belkin (linksys relabel) and netgear seem to work fine for me

I've had horrible luck with Linksys routers... most of them are pieces of crap 😉 So it totally depends on your "luck" whether you get a good one. Good firmware is just as important though, so if it doesn't work well you may have to hunt for better firmware. Personally, I've had good luck with Dlink and Netgear, but that was mostly with Dlink access points, not routers.

uh-oh

did i make the wrong decision?

i'd rather pay the return shipping to newegg rather than be stuck with a POS
