Any problems with the Intel i820E chipset?

I already have the cpu and the rdram. Should I sell and get sdram and an i815E motherboard? I was looking at the Asus CUC i820E motherboard.
 
Go with an i815 mobo, sell your RDRAM and use the money to buy twice (or three times...🙂) the amount of pc133 sdram.
 
Thanks for your replies. Very good points. I still would like to know, economics aside, if there is any downside to having an i820E mobo. Advantages and disadvantages vs the i815E mobos.
