Any problems with PowerDVD on WinXP?

There are problems with an older version when I upgraded to XP. When I tried to open the program it just said that this version wouldn't work on Windows XP, and it automatically downloaded a patch for PowerDVD on XP from PowerDVD's website, and it has worked fine every since. So, yes, it works, there is a patch.
 
Neither PowerDVD or WinDVD work for me with the new 21.81 Nvidia drivers
Both crash with memory errors in win2k.
Anyone else?
