Any problems with migration to Asus A7V133 from CUSL2?

Other than doing a clean install, will I have problems migrating from a Asus CUSL2 using a Promise FastTrak100 with 2 drives in RAID 0 to an AMD setup with the Asus A7V133 with TBird 1.33 GHz which apparently also has RAID 0 capabilities using a Promise controller. Can I just attach the drives directly to the new mb and will it recognize the RAID configuration already in place?

I guess another question would be could I just put in my Promise controller and disable the onboard controller?
