Any Problems With 16 Device PC800 RDRAM O/Cing?

I am looking to purchase a P4 2.4B GHz processor soon (in about 2 weeks), but I cannot find any PC1066 RDRAM on the market. My plan is to purchase an Abit TH7II-Raid motherboard and 4 sticks of 16 Device PC800 RDRAM, both of which I will overclock to 133MHz FSB speeds, and I was wondering if anyone had run into any problems overclocking their 16 Device RIMMS to 133MHz FSB speeds.

I am open to any suggestions! Thanks in advance.

UPDATE:

I saw that some people have been able to find PC1066 modules, but I have only seen 128 MB densities. I am planning to get 4 x 256MB sticks of RDRAM, so that won't work. Has anyone seen a place that offers PC1066 in 256MB densities yet?

memplus had those but it got sold out quickly. At this moment, I would buy PC1066..Most of the samsung PC800 can do PC1066 but the price difference it not much. (It was about $95 per 256 mb at memplus.)

Thanks zzzz! I heard that memplus had some PC1066, but when I went to their site, I saw no sign of it, so I figured that it must have sold out. I have one more question: will the TH7II-RAID have any problems running at 133FSB? I have heard that it has settings for 133FSB, but I just wanted to confirm this with someone.
