Any problem on Ebay cancelling a bid from a 0-rank?

Somebody who's been a winner on two auctions (and is winning one I've got up) paid for the first according to their ratings and did not on the second so they have a 0 bid. I can cancel/block that bidder but on Ebay help section it doesn't mention a bad or 0 history as a valid reason to cancel a bidder. As far as I'm concerned, I can cancel a bid if I don't like somebody's name or if the voices inside tell me I have to or else the Bad Man will come. Is that fine?

Ahh the old bidding is a binding contract (unless the seller says it isn't). If you cancel the bid your no better then the non paying bidders.

Oh well, thems the breaks. Person just two weeks ago bid on a similar item and never paid. I don't need the hassle, they're gone and blocked. Ownage! The winner will be happy, they're now paying only $10 instead of $30 the fake guy had brought it up to :)

Just don't cry when I decided after the auction I don't want to pay for your item.
