Has anyone out there done a routine upgrade from a perfectly running Win9X or W2K system to XP and come out perfect with everything running?

Seems like the only posts here are about problems and failures.
 
Yes, I have upgraded a W2k install twice and this weekend I did a ME upgrade that went like a champ. The system that I did the W2K upgrade on is on my rigs profile.
 
I upgraded from win2k to xp smoothly. Ran for about a week with no problems then I decided to do a clean install and again installation went smooth and trouble free.
