You should know that there is no full anonymity on the Web. When you are using such a service the destination site gets the Anonymous service address, and does not get your address.
However the anonymous service knows where you are coming from.
You can also set an Anonymous Proxy. That way you use your IE like you'd normally do. Simply configure IE to use a proxy with the IP from the anonymous server and you're good to go.

Keep in mind that this could slow down your browsing, and if you're on cable or DSL most of them wont work.
