Any Printer that will print using the ethernet port?

I have a PC with broken serial and no usb but the MB does have a network card. Basically I want to print; nothing fancy just for my son??

Most of the printers with a NIC are pretty expensive.

It would be cheaper to buy a USB add in card for your PC probably.

Buy a print server for about $50, it converts the parallel connector on the printer to an RJ-45 for your ethernet. Then you assign the printer an IP and print...

It onkly has ISA slots. Do they have isa to usb?

go to eb@y,

search for parallel isa

you should be able to get a isa card with a parallel port for $5.00. stick it in your machine and away you go.

using your ethernet port to hook up your printer will cost you tons more money, headache, hassle, cables, etc.
do what is simply and cheap and will work with little effort.
