WTF ... I got soap foam coming out of my toilet in large quantites like a washer with
too much detergent in it. I don't even know where it's coming from. I don't have a washer.
Live in an apartment building. Not sure if any of the other tennants have one or if that would be whats
causing it.

Hmm, might want to contact your complex manager about that.
Or you could look at it as your toilet will always be clean now :)

If the toilet is bubbling that means you must have been drinking soap and then shaitting it out.

Seriously, though, since it is an apartment, have the maintenance people look at it.

Your toilet water line is probably connected to the washing machines. My toilet does that occasionally.

This strikes me as funny as I imagine his flushings draining into someone's Kenmore. :D

So, yeah, there must be a blockage in the waste line not too far lower than your toilet.

If you give it some time (or your apartment managet ignores it), you might be able to get sewage backing up into your bath tub. :Q

Good times!

The vent stack on the drain line is most liekly clogged. When the vent stack gets clogged, water draining through the pipes will have to find another source of air. Vent stacks prevent water draining in the pipes from pulling a vacumm, sorta like how you have to punch two holes in the top of a chicken broth can so the broth doesn't gurgle out.

Agreed.
