any places do ps2 repairs?

Does anyone know of a local store like gamestop (checked site, and nothing indicated they do that stuff) where we can go in and see how much it costs to repair? The Ps2 jams up as 20% of the cd tray is open.

There is also a rattle sound inside the console...does anyone have an idea? I took off the top cover but hesitate at going further
 
yaay took it apart a little more...and reseat everything and its fine. I guess something was caught in it....*phew* never had a sony die on me so i was worried for a sec
