Any Placebo Fans?

I was wondering if there's any Placbeo fans around. I moved to Louisiana this summer and no one down here has a clue of they are. When I lived in Oakland, CA they were huge you could here them on the college radio stations all the time. I know there based in my homeland of England but are they big just in the S.F. bay area or are they popular all over American?

I liked that one song they had, Pure Morning, but other than that, I'm not a fan.

i owned their cd for a month before i realized it was a group of guys, lol. But i like them, their first album is great.

Yea Iamwiz82, I thought the same thing the first time I saw them on Top Of The Pops. The singer was in full drag singing Nancy Boy. Do you think that why there not as well known in the states as other bands from england like Bush or Oasis?
