"Almond flour" pizza is to pizza as boca burgers are to hamburgers. Just an imitation, nothing more.

Paging Kaido! He eats all kinds of weird shit, I'm sure he'll have a recipe for you.

I've tried making healthy pizza by messing with the crust ingredients. Bottom line .. white flour tastes best.

Why do you care about carbs? It's pretty much proven non sense if you think you'll loose weight on a low carb diet.

Almond flour crust is ok, however I think it makes the pizza have a nutty aftertaste. I've had good luck with cauliflower crust though.

Paging Kaido!

I feel a cricket flour pizza crust recipe is imminent.

I'd eat it  Downside is cricket flour is currently $35 a pound D: But yeah, I have some pizza resources here:

If you can do dairy (I can't), then as others have mentioned, then cauliflower crust is the way to go. You can do mini pizzas:

Breadsticks: (cheesy sticks like Domino's)

Pitas: (pita pizzas!)

Plus the usual assortment of full-sized crusts, plenty to choose from:

Cauliflower is pretty neat actually. I wasn't a really big fan of it until I starting doing food-allergy cooking; it's surprisingly versatile. It actually makes pretty good faux rice:

You can also make Alfredo sauce with it:

Cauliflower poppers are pretty good too (google it). Bunch more recipes here:
