Any Photoshop gurus out here?

Well, I am creating my own logo and I need help...
I am trying to merge 2 images into 1... I am using Photoshop 5..

create a new image. you should be able to drag the other two images into that new image window you created using the tool noted by the black arrow and theyll be two different layers. you can also select all in each of the images and paste it into the new image you created.

You might have to convert the images to rgb colour from indexed colour if the files are gif's ( i think)
