Question Any PCIe x4 M.2 to PCIe x 2 M.2 + SATA M.2 adapters? (ie, two M.2 SSDs on a single M.2 2280 PCB adapter card)

This for running a M.2 PCIe x2 NVMe and M.2 SATA SSD simultaneously in a single M.2 slot that has both PCIe x4 NVMe and SATA modes.

(I would use this for running either the Intel Optane software application or AMD StoreMI and thus making a single storage volume from the two SSDs.)
