Any PC games that incorporate a webcam?

Forgive me if this is an old idea, but I haven't kept up lately. So are there any PC games that incorporate a webcam somehow? It could be fun/funny!

You are not suggesting that a webcam takes a picture of you and turns your face into the head of your character? 🙂

That could be as damaging as the Wii Fit calling people fat!!

I struggle to think of what a webcam could really do to enhance a game.

There were a few demo-type games that came with my first webcam in 1998 (It was $90, AFTER rebate, and an open box item :Q)
There was a clown-punching one, and a ball bouncing one... I can't recall the others.
On the PS2 front, the fireworks game that worked with the webcam was actually pretty fun. I think typical distance from the PC could be an issue, though.
