Any Pacbell ADSL user in the Los Angeles area?

Are you all getting some bad ping lately ? As of right now I'm pinging over 180+ to the closest game server where I suppose to ping 30s to it when connection is good. This happened to pacbell at about the same time last year too with ping shooting over 200+ until past 1AM when ping goes back down to normal.

at home, my ADSL was disconnected, but it's back to normal now...but at work, our DSL is whack...it keeps disconnecting us. I work by LAX and live in SGV, so there's my report
